Get Paid, for a business on Xero

Overdue invoice calls from your live Xero.

$199 a month, flat, no call caps

Get Paid rings the debtor, reads the balance at dial time, sends the payment link on the call, and writes the promise back to Xero as a date. It says it is an AI first.

Get Paid: hear the call

Who it is for

A business on Xero with invoices past due and nobody with time to ring them. Running client books for other businesses? Debtor calls for bookkeepers is the practice version, priced per client.

Hear one call

The agent rings you, in your browser, about a sample overdue invoice. You play the customer who owes it. The card beside this is what the call leaves behind.

Example, not a client record. A dispute on the call is logged for you, with the transcript, and the chase stops.

What the call does

  1. 1Says it is an AI and that the call is recorded, before anything else
  2. 2Checks the Do Not Call Register and calling hours in the debtor's own state before dialling
  3. 3Reads the balance from Xero just before the dial: an invoice already paid is never chased
  4. 4One call per customer, covering every invoice they owe
  5. 5Ranked by amount at risk, with a broken promise ahead of everything else, not by age
  6. 6Reads the balance out and texts Xero's own payment link while the call is still going
  7. 7Leaves with a date, written back to the invoice in Xero, with the next call moved to it
  8. 8Stops the moment the money lands

Ask any vendor which of the eight their agent does.

What it will not do

  • Agree a payment plan, a hardship arrangement or a write-off. Those stay with you.
  • Make a demand, or say anything a lawyer would call one.
  • Give out or change bank details. The payment link is Xero's own.
  • Decide a dispute. A dispute is logged for you, and the chase on it stops.

The rules an Australian call has to follow

  • Every call opens with “this is an AI, and the call is recorded” before anything else.
  • Every number is washed against the Do Not Call Register, with the evidence kept.
  • Calls stay inside calling hours in the debtor's own state, and that state's public holidays.
  • Recording is handled to the strictest state: Victoria, Tasmania and the ACT need every party's consent.

How we build, not legal advice. The long version is in AI voice agents for accounts receivable.

Or build it

Pull five fields from Xero, sort into four buckets, rank by amount at risk, and leave every call with a date. The Debtor Chasing standard is free, with a pass test. What reads from Xero and what stays read-only is on live Xero on the call.

Starting by hand? Copy the overdue invoice email wording for Xero’s reminders, or read when it is time for a debt collector.

Technical? The build standard is open. Take it.
