What are your bottlenecks costing you?

Have an actual conversation with our AI for eight minutes. It works out what your current workflows cost you a year, how much of that time your people could get back for better work, and which parts should stay with a human.

Eight minutes, out loud. Needs a microphone.

Just talk to it for eight minutes

A real conversation, not a form. It asks about your week, writes down what you say as you say it, and tells you which parts of your admin to leave well alone. You'll need to let it use your microphone.

Nothing is sent to us unless you ask for it at the end.

This is not about replacing anyone

The cost sits with the workflow, never with the person running it. Every business has work that is beneath the people currently doing it: the Sunday-night invoicing, the calls returned from a ladder, the quote that went quiet. Hand that to a machine and the same people get their week back for the work only a person can do, winning the job, pricing it properly, looking after the customer who needs looking after. The diagnosis is explicit about which parts those are, and it will not recommend automating them.

And the interview is run by a real voice agent, on the same engine that answers our clients' phones, because that is the honest way to demonstrate it. If it cannot hold a sensible eight-minute conversation with you about your own business, it has no business answering your phone. Prefer to type? That path gives you the identical report.

It is also a blood test rather than a diagnosis. It tells you where the time is going and roughly how much a machine could take. It does not tell you which software, in what order, wired into what, at what price. That is the $500 AI Strategy & Audit, credited in full against any work that follows.

The numbers come from the same formulas we use in that session, so they will not change when a human looks at them.
